Really good cleanliness and friendly staff throughout stay.

The rooms with a TV and large bed plus a fridge were neat and huge. Liked the location to top road then 10bht bus to walking street.

In general, I liked the hotel, Clean venue. quiet, friendly staff, friendly staff, homely atmosphere.

Location, no luggage weighing scales in the hotel.

My King Studio was comfy, but the shower water pressure was low.

Clear, hotel is nice.

It's a long way from the center

It's a good hotel, it matches three stars completely. Cleaning every day, spacious rooms with all amenities.

It's a little far to the sea

The swimming pool area provided a lovely space to relax.

I faced a lack of hot water in the shower, both inconvenient and frustrating, especially after a long day out. The Wi-Fi connection was frequently dropping. Lastly, the noise from neighboring rooms was more pronounced than I anticipated, which disturbed my overall comfort .

Location is good.

The Superior King Room was spacious and well-equipped, with a microwave and kitchen utensils. The staff were unbelievably helpful throughout my visit. I really enjoyed the pool area-it provided a lovely space to relax after exploring. I also appreciated the daily room cleaning and the complimentary bottled water. The location is great. I could easily walk to nearby food places or ride a scooter to attractions. The sound insulation between rooms could definitely be improved. I noticed some noise from neighboring rooms, which detracted from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. This little hiccup didn't overshadow my experience, and I'd gladly return for another stay.

Great place to stay for a trip to Pattaya. Fairly clean, pleasant hotel built in a chic style. Huge and new-fashioned units with a fridge, large bed, good ac. Knowledgeable staff and attention to detail. Located right at a motorway in a fairly quiet area. Easy check-in, parking outside the property.

Quiet surroundings made for a relaxing atmosphere, while the short distance to main attractions kept convenience at hand. The spacious room offered comfort, and there were plenty of local food options nearby. The small swimming pool was inviting, although slightly crowded during peak times. Some areas lacked sound insulation, which could detract from the otherwise peaceful experience.

Good Wi-Fi and free parking. The fitness center needs better equipment.

The staff provided really good service and were always willing to assist. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a pleasant touch. I particularly appreciated the tranquil atmosphere of the hotel, with lovely garden views enhancing the experience.
